If you sell depression medication or depression relief products for people who have bipolar depression, which keywords should you target if you are writing a new article?

Should you go for “dealing with bipolar depression” or “how to get over depression” ?
The second choice is the right one simply because most of those who are depressed aren’t even aware of the term “bipolar depression”, they will just go to Google while dragging their feet then type something like “I am depressed”

In order to target the right keywords you must understand how the online visitor think and you must also be aware of his background and level of knowledge. An article that talks about making money online will get more hits than an article that talks about increasing your conversion rates using Google Analytics.
